While the EC-Council Circle of Excellence award acknowledges all finalists for exemplary training, the ATC of the Year award recognizes only one training center that really stood out from all the rest. We are the proud recipients of the 2014 & 2016 ATC of the Year award from EC-Council.
September 2010-2013, 2015
Three years in a row we have been named to the EC-Council’s elite Circle of Excellence for our consistent demonstration of exemplary instruction in EC-Council’s courses including CEH, CHFI and ECSA/LPT. The ECCouncil considers student feedback, pass rates and the number of students trained each year when they select only three to five centers per continent for their Circle of Excellence.

We were selected as one of Baltimore’s 50 fastest growing companies out of 550 total nominees. This award recognizes employee and revenue growth over a three-year period.
Baltimore SmartCEO selects their top female business leaders each year and in 2015, Phoenix TS President and CEO, Firoozeh Azarbaidjani-Do was among the winners. Brava! winners are chosen based on qualities of passion, vision, dedication, compassion and perseverance.
We ranked at number 1870 on the entire 2013 Inc. 5000 list of America’s fastest-growing companies. In addition, we secured the #26 spot of the Top 100 Education Companies, #60 of the Top 100 Maryland Companies and #25 out of the total Baltimore Metro Area Companies. In order to secure these positions we had to show clear signs of growth and over the past three years we witnessed a 204% growth in revenue and a 400% increase in the number of jobs added. In 2014, 2015 and 2016 we landed on the Inc. list again!
We were named one of the area’s top places to work in 2013 by the Baltimore Magazine. According to their staff we were chosen based on the company’s 401K plan with match, tuition reimbursement, free management and IT training for employees and their families, five weeks of paid time off, and flexible work options.
